TAKE NOTICE that the Municipality of McDougall has declared the following property surplus to its needs and is hereby giving notice of their intent to sell their interest in Part of Lots 121 and 122, Concession B, former Township of Foley, now Township of Sequin, in the District of Parry Sound, designated as RP 42R-10027 REM Part 1 (Property Roll 4903 030 010 01250 0000), known as the Parry Sound Area Information Centre, pursuant to the Municipal Act, S. O. 2001, c, 25.

The proposed sale is to Windswept Investments (837481 Ontario Inc.) and a condition of the sale is to develop the property as a travel service centre including a leaseback to the Parry Sound Area Information Centre of 600 square feet of space in the new complex "rent free" subject to assuming a proportionate share of common area expenses and the approval of the Ministry of Transportation.
