THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MCDOUGALL
PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 34 of the Municipal Act, S.O.2001, c.25, the Council of the Municipality of McDougall proposes to enact a by-law to stop up, close and sell that part of the original Shore Road Allowance set out and described as follows:

1) ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situated, lying and being in the Municipality of McDougall, formerly the Township of Ferguson, District of Parry Sound and being composed of that portion of the original Shore Road Allowance laid out along the shore of Lorimer Lake in front of Part Lot 6, Concession 8 designated as Part 8, Plan 42R-16475.

And take notice that the proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular public meeting to be held at the Municipal Office, in the Municipality of McDougall at 7:00 p.m. on June 9, 2004, at which time the Council will consider the comments of any person who claims to be prejudicially affected. Comments may be written or oral and may be presented in person or by a solicitor or agent. Written comments may be submitted prior to the public meeting to Garfield Eaton, CAO/Clerk-Treasurer at the address given below and any person may contact the Municipal Office for information concerning the proposed by-law during normal business hours.
