TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 34 of the Municipal Act, S.O.2001, c.25, the Council of the Municipality of McDougall proposes to enact a by-law to permanently close that part of the road allowance described as follows:

That part of the road allowance between Lots 5 and 6, Concession A, in the Municipality of McDougall, formerly the Geographic Township of McDougall , in the District of Parry Sound, designated as Part 3, Plan 42R-16314.

And take notice that the proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular public meeting to be held at the Township Office, in the Municipality of McDougall at 7:00 p.m. on September 3rd, 2003, at which time the Council will consider the comments of any person who claims to be prejudicially affected. Comments may be written or oral and may be presented in person or by a solicitor or agent. Written comments may be submitted prior to the public meeting to Cindy Vankoughnett, Acting Clerk at the address given below and any person may contact the Township Office for information concerning the proposed by-law during normal business hours.
